Bridge Walk Season has launched! This is one of my favorite times of the year. Each Bridge Walk Season has a theme, and this year it is "Full of Beans!” Anyone who has gotten out of the car in Kantolomba at the Living Compassion property and been greeted by hundreds of jubilant, energetic little people can attest to the relevance of that theme!
For each dollar raised to support the work in Kantolomba the community places another bean in our giant nchima pot. We shall persevere in the campaign till the pot runneth over—or in this case, fills. What fun! It is a beautiful example of what the money raised during this time does -- fills the bellies of more than 1,000 children every day.
Each week, our team has the opportunity to speak to Theresa and hear the impact of the work in Kantolomba, and over the next three Saturdays that opportunity is available for all!
As we spoke about on the Good News Update during last week’s Open Air, getting to speak with Theresa is a great privilege and joy. We hope you will participate in that joy this weekend to hear first-hand from Theresa how your contributions support the Kantolomba Living Compassion community.
Details on the calls with Theresa can be found here.
