The recent batch of photos Theresa sent for the blog had the subject line: LOVING WHAT WE DO. I received it the day after a fabulous retreat ended in Sequim. In the last group, in response to one of the many expressions of gratitude for all that goes into creating a retreat for folks to be on, Cheri made the point that it is enormous, this Practice that we are all a part of, and that even as a full-time retreat is happening, there are still all of the other parts of Practice going right along. And, as she said, one of those is Kantolomba.

So, while we were sitting on the beautiful grounds of Four Acre Zen Center doing the work of waking up and ending suffering through sitting meditation, exercises, groups, yoga and walking meditation, the practice heroes in Kantolomba were doing the same with nchima-stirring meditation and veggie-chopping meditation and, as far as we can tell, a whole lot of smiling-and-singing-meditation!

Here are the photos and information Theresa sent:

This is something we love doing as a team— cooking and caring for our children.
