Meet little Ronika. She is a cute little angel. In teacher Ethel's class she loves to sing the Genki songs and dance to the rhythm. She lives right next door to the property with her parents and has a little baby brother at home. At times he follows her to school.

Now that the rains are here, all sorts of edible veggies are growing on the property. Here, Audria picks some of the veggies popularly known as bondwe. The veggies are a delicacy and are eaten with nshima when boiled.

At the property we have different types of shrubs growing around. The trees make the surroundings look very beautiful. One can hear people passing by comment about Living Compassion Kantolomba and how well kept the property looks.

Lunchtime, and sharing time too, here at the property. The little ones love to put together their lunch and eat together, a true example of COMPASSION.

Meet little Enala, one of the All Stars Girls Stay in School members. She is in grade five at Government school and she loves to read the little English books that are in our library here at the property. She wants to become the president of this country when she grows up. She's so cute.

Guess who? Yes, this is Baby Emmanuel, Susan's son. He is now three months old and looks very healthy. He was brought to the property for his feeding. It's amazing how fast babies grow.

Flash cards are some of the tools used in the teachers' new method of teaching here at the property. It is fun for both the teachers and the students.

Teacher Joy enjoys the flash card lesson, which even includes colors. She says it's very easy for the students to understand, as they see the object on the card as well as the letters.

Shapes and colors are some of the questions that are being asked at government school for the new students who are going to enroll next year in grade one. The students here at Living Compassion are lucky because this is what they have been taught in English since they came to the property. No wonder we always have a one hundred percent pass rate!

Dickson is one the candidates who is going to grade one next year. The secret in the interview for one to qualify to go to government school is to identify colors, numbers, and shapes. Dickson is not worried, for he knows every color, number, and shape, which he has been learning with his teacher Veronica.

Abram with his friend here at Living Compassion. Both students are in Baby Class and are both 4 years old. The two are naughty and they do make the Baby Class rock. They like playing with the puppets that we have for them here.

Having lunch at the property is one of the most cherished moments for the students. They just love it.

Is she crying??? No, no, she's laughing. Meet little Esnart, a student here at Living Compassion. She was busy laughing when I caught up with her in the dining hall at the property. Isn't she cute? It seems she enjoyed both her lessons and lunch.

Meet Little Miss Kantolomba. She was crowned on Independence Day here in the community for her beauty and intelligence. She was asked simple questions in ENGLISH, like how old are you, what's your name, etc. She did not feel shy with all the people looking at her as she answered and proudly told the audience that she goes to school at Living Compassion. She is a student in Beatrice's class and is 5 years old. Her name is Ester.

The Zambian flag material was worn by young and old on the 24th of October, our Golden Jubilee. Zambia turned 50 years old and everyone was celebrating, though some could not even understand what it meant.

Knitting booties and hats is still being done at the property. Here, Foster in her spare time continues with knitting.

Meet little Ezekiel, who is one of the many faces of Kantolomba. He cannot go to school because of money. His ambition is to become a doctor. The question that came into my mind is when will he start school to fulfill his dreams, for he looks very intelligent.
