Our jovial and cute faces of Living Compassion Kantolomba for this week are the little ones from Teacher Susan's class. Oh, so beautiful!

Guess! Yes, this is Andrew, Josephine's son, now so happy and full of energy. He is so healthy and doing so well, as you can see, all because of the good nutrition he is getting here at Living Compassion.

Little Francis enjoying his lunch. He is in Teacher Susan's class and loves playing football. He is an only child. Both his parents died of AIDS, and he now lives with his aunt and uncle.

Our lovely four college girls who are doing clinical medicine in Luanshya. Theresa visited them last Saturday at their boarding house. They are all doing well and send their love to all.

Jack and his friend in class here at Living Compassion. Jack was supposed to go to Grade One this year, but his parents could not afford the school fees. Instead of just sitting at home, he has continued coming to school at Living Compassion. He loves playing football.

Euginia looking elegant and beautiful in a chitenge dress as she cleans windows. Euginia is a mother of four, a grandmother of ten, and is also a great-grandmother. She is one of the older members of the team and has been with Living Compassion since the beginning.

A group of parents whose children are going to Twabo School pose for a photo at the foot of Kantolomba Hill. The parents were excited to see their children off to a private school for the first time and danced as the little ones boarded the bus. Some people were amazed and stopped to watch.

Even the grown-ups play the famous iciyenga that is played by many children here in Kantolomba. Here Juliet and Charity play on the veranda while everyone who was clearing the surroundings wait for the rains to stop.

Our cute faces of Kantolomba! All are students of Living Compassion.

Our very own Esther Banda. This is her room in Luanshya, where she has gone for college.

Our girls at the boarding house and in the photo are Rachael, Silvia, Memory, Esther, and Rachael's mum, who accompanied us to Luanshya when we took the girls to college. The girls are will be training at a nursing school. Their was so much excitement!

Our two college girls Mirriam and Silvia are here with us for a short holiday before going back to school on the 7th of January. They tell us that they did practicals at Mpongwe Hospital and have learned a lot of things on how to treat patients. We are proud of them.

Our very own little cute faces of Kantolomba. They still keep on asking when Abena Jen and Mama Cheri will come to visit. We have tried to tell them that they have gone back to America, but they seem not to understand.

Our very own Onester Bwalya, who sat for her Grade Seven exams just recently, sits in class with Ann. She was learning BUSU on the iPad. The girls are excited about the lessons.
